Purpose:
The Product Manager will be responsible for managing Endpoint Protection and E-mail security technology products that drive the Cybersecurity services delivered by ISRM. This role is accountable for the successful delivery and value realization of owned products in partnership with other key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Owns Cybersecurity endpoint protection & e-mail security technology products and roadmaps.
+ Prioritize product requirements, security controls implementation and manages product backlog.
+ Track product issues including escalation with providers and vendors.
+ Measure product value, effectiveness, and evaluate any opportunities for optimization and consolidation.
+ Collaborate with engineering chapters and operations teams to adopt a product based operating model to support owned technology products.
+ Define product Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) aligning with business needs and be accountable for meeting OKRs.
+ Partners with ISRM Architecture team to set strategy and adopt defined standards.
+ Drive selection of product / platform solution options and partner with engineering chapters to enable product functionalities (POC, POVs) and ensure documentation.
+ Identify operational deficiencies, technology gaps and participate in actions plans to address them.
+ Work with PMO office to develop budget plans, long-range financial plans, review requisitions, and approve invoices.
+ Review product related SOWs for software subscription, professional services and resourcing.
+ Partners with procurement office, architecture, engineering chapters on product required RFPs and contract renewals.
+ Manage relations with vendors/providers to hold QBRs, attend client advisory boards, roadmap updates.
+ Develop and maintain reports, metrics, key performance indicators.
+ Maintain knowledge of applicable ISRM policies, regulations, and compliance documents specifically related to endpoint & e-mail security.
**Qualifications**
Required:
+ A Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Computer Science, Engineering, Risk Management, Cyber Security, or a related field.
+ A minimum of 7 years of experience in enterprise endpoint and e-mail security technology solutions (Microsoft, CrowdStrike, Trend Micro, Cisco, Proofpoint).
+ Deep understanding and experience in high quality product delivery, including planning, dependency management, and delivery execution & governance.
+ Strong systematic problem-solving experience, a sense of accountability, ownership, and drive.
+ Demonstrated success in leading multiple cross-function self-organized teams.
+ Experience in partnering with stakeholders to identify and address issues.
+ Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, a team player that contributes to an energetic work environment at various levels of the organization.
+ Continuous learning mindset on technology trends and innovative thinking.
