The worldwide Apple Retail Engagement & Marketing (REM) team defines, makes and delivers programs, campaigns, initiatives and experiences that help Apple Retail’s customers and teams discover, be inspired by, learn about and go further with Apple’s products and services, and does so in a manner that is true to our values. The Cross-Functional Producer partners closely with Strategy, Marketing, Programming, Creative and Production teams within REM, and with collaborators across Apple. They craft implementation strategies and enable a rigorous creative development process, grounded in insights to successfully launch meaningful integrated campaigns for both internal and customer audiences.DescriptionDescriptionResponsible for developing the overall production roadmap and scope of work for all project deliverables including timeline, budget and stakeholder engagement plan to seamlessly connect and manage multiple projects or work streams. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Partner with the Strategy team to organize creative briefs, assessing technical feasibility, resource availability, and timelines to ensure smooth execution. - Work with the Creative team to facilitate an iterative creative development process, ensuring ideas are refined, aligned with strategic goals, and optimized for impact. - Partner with Operations teams, including Media Production, Localization, and Platforms, to ensure seamless content delivery across multiple platforms and diverse audiences. - Communicate the impact of scope changes on resourcing, budget, business goals, and key success metrics to ensure alignment and informed decision-making. - Build positive relationships with cross-functional collaborators at all levels of the organization, ensuring cohesion through leadership reviews and collaboration with functional partner teams.Minimum QualificationsMinimum Qualifications8+ years of relevant experience managing complex global projects in marketing, advertising, event planning, or internal communications within a large organization.Experience launching new products, content, or events that required creation of a broad spectrum of deliverables.Experience collaborating with strategy, creative, production, and localization teams to drive seamless execution and successful delivery.Key QualificationsKey QualificationsPreferred QualificationsPreferred QualificationsStrong ability to synthesize and distill complex and disparate information, see the big picture, while effectively understanding the details.Adept at identifying potential communication and logistical challenges and proactively recommending effective solutions.Thrives in a fast-paced environment, possessing the ability to stay calm and keep teams motivated and focused in the face of rapid change and challenging deadlines.Disciplined approach to managing programs, while maintaining flexibility to adapt when adjustments are required.Expertise with program planning, execution strategy, stakeholder engagement, project prioritization and impact assessment.Skilled at communicating effectively across all levels of the organization, from individual contributors to senior leadership.Education & ExperienceEducation & ExperienceAdditional RequirementsAdditional RequirementsPay & BenefitsPay & BenefitsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $137,100 and $206,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
