Scope of the Role includes: The Cross Functional Trainer working in conjunction with various stakeholders and will be responsible for delivering instructor-led training classes to new and existing employees, assisting in curriculum development, and assisting with successful integration of new program and product policies and procedures. In this role you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a real-time knowledge base representing Paraco as a Subject Matter Expert on Paraco’s technology and processes, and collaborate across all teams. Essential responsibilities will include but not be limited to: + Building and driving our training strategy aligning with business and growth objectives. + Delivering classroom and on the job training including but not limited to new hire, operational, procedural, product, process and behavior reinforcement. + Preparing and facilitating training for employees to include the design of instructional materials. + Working with the Managers, assess production, staff performance, and employee development assisting in the administration and tracking of skill assessment and measurements. + Utilizing other methods of training which include, but not limited to; observation, silent monitoring, role playing, conducting virtual trainings. + Working with leadership and operational management, actively and consistently supporting all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience while partnering with company resources on improvement projects across all sites. + Developing and improving our overall training program, curriculum and context for existing and new products and programs in addition to updating and maintaining the training manuals, materials, and knowledge base. + Collaborating across the organization to ensure employees are prepared to support new programs and products from both a logistics and training standpoint. Required Skills and Qualifications: Customer Service Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience required, with a preference for call center experience. + CRM Expertise: 1-2 years of CRM experience preferred. + Training and Presentation Skills: Previous training experience is a plus. Comfort and proficiency in presenting to groups is required. + Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with use of multi-media tools, including audio, video, and web-based systems. + Soft Skills: + Strong planning, facilitation, and public speaking skills (bilingual skills are a plus). + Self-directed, organized, and able to maintain a professional demeanor. + Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while adapting to a flexible schedule as needed. + Communication and Analytical Abilities: + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Strong analytical skills with acute attention to detail.
