International Motors is hiring for Cross Reference Consultant
The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching products and competitive information through various outlets, including but not limited to, online, internal and external data sets and databases for an array of class 6-8 bus parts, truck parts, trailer parts & accessories. You will be identifying opportunities to enrich content w/3rd party vendors that have an impact to the bottom line.
As part of the Retail Enablement Team, you will be working with a cross functional team to ensure excellent & accurate product data development in.
• This role will review new product developments, product introductions, and model launches, supporting product sales teams and category expansion.
• Analyze market trends, internal and external cross-references, and vehicle application information to support product approvals, launches and data uploads.
• Liaison between 3rd party vendors, multiple internal teams for a smooth flow of products from one gate to another.
• Maintain working relationships with 3rd party vendors, various departments, including product Management, Sales, Purchasing and Part Setup.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve scorecard objectives.
• Develop processes and solutions to aid in the enrichment of the user experience both internally and externally.
OR
Master’s degreeAt least 3 years of automotive/heavy duty, product management, marketing and/or data analysis experienceOR
At least 7 years of automotive/heavy duty, product management, marketing and/or data analysis experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. International Motors does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status) Desired Skills• Automotive/heavy-duty experience preferred in engines, suspension products, transmission, body parts, etc.
• Prior B2B experience or B2C experience
• Proficient knowledge of full SKF enterprise product offering
• Prior experience in product management, marketing, and data analysis preferred.
• Working with Microsoft Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, Delimited, Pivot Tables, data manipulation, etc.

• Experience with large volume data analysis
• Experience with heavy-duty aftermarket products/categories
• Excellent time management and follow-up skills, ensuring deadlines are met
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel
