Ensure competitive rates and attractive margins by working closely with Supply Contracting teams and understanding the market dynamics.
Communicating with Cruise Lines on ongoing RFPs and Ad Hoc Quotation requests.
Provide ongoing guidance and support to the Operations & Port Deliver teams.
Working with the Operations & Port Delivery teams to ensuring alignment with Quoted and Delivered services
Solve daily queries and challenges as they arise with clients.
Implement and improve internal processes and procedures to increase the efficiency of the day to day tasks of the operation
Take ownership of internal CRM system, for commercial and sales objectives.
Identify potential revenue streams from the needs of cruise clients in the different destinations
Ability to perform both independently and in teamwork
Business travel could be requested sporadically and/or availability via remote in unsocial hours ( rarely)
ABOUT YOU
Destination knowledge ( France )
Proven experience in the cruise industry is essential.
Excellent level of English & French, both written and verbal.
Initiative and strong communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Product (Excel, Power Point, etc.)
Previous experience in tourism sector and understanding of the commercial cruise environment, cruise sector and market.
Excellent customer management is a must over various channels: email, phone, fam trips, etc. Assertive skills and know how to work under pressure.
Digital mindset and ability to use internal and external systems from clients.
Someone with a methodical, organized approach, with priority towards the execution of the assigned tasks.
