What you'll own
Partnership Development
Assist in managing Worldpay's relationships with crypto exchanges, DeFi protocols, and blockchain networksSupport the creation and execution of joint business plans with crypto partnersHelp identify new partnership opportunities within the crypto ecosystemOnboarding Process Improvement
Take ownership of improving and streamlining the partnership onboarding process for crypto companiesDevelop and implement efficient workflows to reduce onboarding time and enhance partner satisfactionCreate and maintain documentation for onboarding procedures specific to crypto partnershipsCross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with various teams including Strategy, Product, and Compliance to ensure smooth partner onboardingAssist in coordinating internal resources to meet the unique needs of crypto partnersContribute to the development of partnership strategies and objectivesWhat you bring
Essential Skills
Strong interest and basic understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technologyExcellent organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectivelyProactive problem-solving approach with a focus on process improvementExperience
2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or account management, preferably in fintech or cryptoFamiliarity with CRM systems and project management toolsExperience in process improvement or workflow optimization is a plusCommunication
Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to explain crypto concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesCapacity to build relationships with partners and internal stakeholdersIndustry Knowledge
Basic understanding of crypto payments and blockchain-based financial solutionsFamiliarity with regulatory considerations in the crypto space is a plusWhat makes a Worldpayer
