Job Title: Customer Service Automations Specialist Location: Zug Start: 01.02.2025 Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Customer Service Automations Specialist to join our CS Centre EMEA Team located in Zug. Position Overview - Tasks & Responsibilities: As an intern in Customer Service Automations you will be a part of our CS Central Team and support our Platform Owner in developing Projects related to machine learning techniqus.Tasks include but are not limited to: + Data Collection and Preprocessing: + Gather and preprocess data from various channels + Ensure data quality and perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and trends. + Model Development and Optimization: + Build, train, and validate machine learning models to predict customer needs, preferences, and potential service issues. + Implement natural language processing (NLP) techniques to analyze text-based customer interactions. + Automation and Deployment: + Develop automation scripts for customer query categorization and ticket prioritization. + Work with the development team to integrate machine learning models into existing customer service platforms. + Performance Monitoring and Reporting: + Evaluate the performance of machine learning models and refine them based on feedback and new data. + Create dashboards and reports to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders. + Collaboration: + Work closely with customer service, IT, and data science teams to align machine learning solutions with organizational goals. + Assist in user testing and provide technical support for deploying machine learning solutions. **Qualifications** + Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. + Knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn). + Experience with programming languages such as Python or R. Qualifications - Skills: + Understanding the end-to-end process of leveraging machine learning in customer service management. + Fluent in English. + Strong communication & interpersonal skills. + Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools. + Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
