About the Role

Motivate agents sell CS business and meet and exceed sales targets

Roles and Responsibilities:

Agency Activities Management

Communicate and build relationship with agents support and push CS (Pensions & IVS) businessCommunicate and build relationships with agents for business developmentStay ahead of market development and deliver key initiatives to agentsProvide professional and technical advice to agents and prospective customersProvide help desk at agency offices, if applicable

Financial Management

Effectively supervise the sales performances of assigned agents to ensure their strategic targets such as VONB / ANP, OPAT and Excess EV Growth is met

People Management

Provide mentorship and training to support staff

Other Responsibilities

Perform any other duties and projects as assigned

Minimum Job Requirements:

University graduate with minimum 10 years sales experience of which 6-8 years in supervisory/managerial positionsGood product knowledgeGood communication skillsAble to lead a project/event independentlyGood command of English and ChineseTactful interpersonal relationshipGood presentation and team building skillsSelf-motivated and customer orientatedPreferably IIQE (paper 1, 2, 3 & 4) licensed

Others:

You are preferred to acquire the license of Insurance Authority (IA) (Paper 1,2, and 3) and Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA) (Paper 4)You are required to acquire relevant licence if your job involves in regulated activities
