About the Role

Empower agents sell CS business and meet and exceed sales targets

Roles and Responsibilities:

Agency Activities Management

Communicate and establish relationship with agents support and push CS business

Stay ahead of market development and deliver key initiatives to agents

Provide technical and professional mentorship. to agents and prospective customers

Provide help desk at agency offices, if applicable

Renewal Business Management

Communicate and maintain good business relationship with customers

Provide technical and professional mentorship especially to jumbo customers

Provide member briefing sessions and helpdesk at client offices

Financial Management

Effectively supervise the sales performances of assigned agents to ensure their strategic targets such as VONB / ANP, OPAT and Excess EV Growth is met

People Management

Provide mentorship and training to support staff

Other Responsibilities

Perform any other duties and projects as assigned

Minimum Job Requirements:

University graduate or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years sales experience for Consultant

Minimum 8 years of sales experience of which 4-5 years in supervisory/managerial positions for Principal

Good product knowledge

Good communication skills

Able to lead a project/event independently

Good command of English and Chinese

Tactful interpersonal relationship

Good presentation and team building skills

Self-motivated and customer orientated

Others:

You are preferred to obtain the license of Insurance Authority (IA) (Paper 1, 2, and 3) or Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA) (Paper 4)

You are required to acquire the relevant license(s) if your job involves regulated activities
