About the Role

Motivate agents sell CS business and meet and exceed sales targets

Responsibilities:

Communicate and build relationship with agents support and push CS businessCommunicate and build relationships with agents for business developmentKeep abreast of market development and deliver key initiatives to agentsProvide professional and technical advice to agents and prospective customersProvide help desk at agency offices, if applicableEffectively monitor the sales performances of assigned agents to ensure their strategic targets such as VONB / ANP, OPAT and Excess EV Growth is metProvide coaching and training to support staffPerform any other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements:

University graduate with minimum 6-8 years working experience, preferably with insurance companiesPreferably IIQE (paper 1, 2, 3 & 4) licensedAble to manage a project/event independentlyTactful interpersonal relationshipGood presentation and team building skillsGood product knowledgeGood communication skillsSelf-motivated and customer orientatedEnsure team members who perform regulated activities have obtained the relevant licenses and fulfilled the licensing requirementsGood command of English and Chinese
