About the Role

Support key activities and the delivery of priorities for AIA Corporate Solutions including but not limited to project management and relationship management with key internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Project management

Maintain all required project governance documentation and supporting infrastructureEngage and communicate with cross-functional business teams to understand existing business process and pain-points.  Analyses and identifies improvement opportunitiesFacilitate and generate ideas, and user requirements with business teams, as well as to support efficient design solution that complies with guidelines and standardsBe a change agent to enable cross-functional business teams to leverage new technologies and innovations to benefit internally and externallyProvide support to manage and execute operation plan with agility to cope and adjust with unexpected changesDevelop and build relationship with stakeholders across different divisions and departments.  Manages stakeholders relationship through effective communication and expectation management for successful project deliverySupport other tasks within the project management team

Strategic planning

Manage and/or support specific strategy projects to develop, plan and, where appropriate, operationalize strategic initiatives, in collaboration with internal and external partiesProvide analysis, insight and support on key business decisions and initiatives.Analyse business performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Communication

Support the team to deliver timely, accurate and excellent management reports for internal/external stakeholdersAssist in the preparation and consolidation of strategic plan and key indexesBe the key contact for selected local business unitsDevelop presentation materials to engage internal stakeholders

Minimum Job Requirements:

University graduate, preferably major in business related subject or equivalent8-10 years of relevant experienceStrong problem solving and communication skillsGood team player and able to work independentlyProficient in both spoken & written English & ChineseProficiency in PC skillsExperience in setting the strategic priorities is preferredAbility to understand business issues, and collaborated closely optimally with various departments;Analytical ability and problem solving skillsExceptional organisation and motivational skills, including attention to detailGreat teammate and willing to go extra mile to enable team success
