About the Role

Support group employee benefits new business development across channels and help achieve sales target by providing the best in case support service to internal team and external customers

Roles and Responsibilities:

Review and prepare case worksheets for underwriting on a timely and accurate basisReview and prepare proposals on a timely and accurate basisCoordinate closely with other sections (including sales and underwriting) to ensure smooth processing of casesTrack the case processing statusProvide status feedback to sales team and business as necessaryPerform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirementsHandle ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate manager

Minimum Job Requirements:

Colleague graduated or above with at least 2 years’ working experienceFresh graduates may also be consideredAble to handle multi-task and work under pressure in a fast paced environmentHighly self-motivated and directedLogical and efficient, with keen attention to detailGood command of both spoken and written English and ChineseGood communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
