About the Role
Responsible for the management and implementation of integrated health solutions that improves the health and wellbeing of employees of AIA’s corporate clients in Hong Kong & Macau, empowers self-health management, and reduces unnecessary claims utilization.Responsibilities:
Implement targeted health and wellness interventions based on the needs and preference of AIA and its corporate clients and act as an active participant in clients’ health and wellness committee.Work in coordination with Vitality, IHS, sales, marketing and other business areas in matters concerning program, vendor, business development, budget, marketing and personnel management.Responsible for the quality assurance of the wellness and disease management programs provided either by in-house teams or third-party vendors, such as annual health screening, disease risk assessment, physical activities, vaccination, Work with Health Analytics in collecting health and wellness data and proving cost benefits of corporate health programs.Prepare presentation and reporting templates, contribute to the development of healthcare dashboards and reporting toolkits.Ensures that expectations and objectives are clearly understood by all parties, and communicates project information including the status of deliverables / milestones, scope changes, issues/ risks etc.Develop a detailed project plan to track progress on capability development and health program pilots.Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of the projects and ensure resource availability.Ensure risk management to minimize compliance risks.Manage budget and raise any risks of deviationRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.8+ years of relevant experience driving business development in employee benefit with at least 3 years’ experience in managing wellness for clients.Demonstrated problem-solving skills, good organizational, interpersonal, and team skill.Demonstrate expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointFlexible and able to work in a dynamic environment and across cultures.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishStrong and effective interpersonal relationship skills.Others:
