About the Role

Responsible for demonstrating digital technologies to automate existing business processes so as to improve process efficiency

Responsible for demonstrating digital technologies to automate existing business processes to improve process efficiencyMap digital capabilities to Corporate Solutions strategic priorities, and plan, govern, monitor & lead Corporate Solutions related digital projects.Lead all aspects of the implementation of proposed improvements and ensure increased efficiency as well as consistency with AIA's digital strategy.Evaluate new applications and identify systems requirementsEvaluate new information technology developments and evolving business requirements and recommend appropriate systems alternatives and / or improvements to enable CS to grow and expand its business.Coordinate with relevant information technology departments and third-party vendors to craft, implement and maintain information systems to enable reporting and service deliveryRegular review, update and maintenance of contents, infrastructure and architecture of all distribution related platforms.Lead overall rollout, cascade and adaptation to agency including promotion, marketing, and training.Leads all aspects of Business Quality with control on process map and standard operating procedures design and review.Coordinates review of Third Party Vendor Contracts under Corporate Solutions.,Designs and leads project governance for CS related initiatives.Complete other duties at the discretion of management
