PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a dedicated CS Distribution and Logistics Specialist II to join our dynamic team in the Aerospace Industry. If you’re passionate about logistics, material handling, and supporting essential AOG (Aircraft on Ground) operations, this is the role for you! As a key member of our team, you’ll help ensure timely and accurate material replenishment and distribution, while adhering to all regulatory and quality standards. Your Role & Responsibilities: AOG Support: Monitor and assist in resolving AOG situations promptly, ensuring conformance to AOG response policies with effective communication and execution. Order Processing: Process pick tickets and orders by pulling and issuing parts for service centers, spare parts sales, back shops, and distribution allocations. Shipping & Compliance: Prepare parts for shipment, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations, and handling all required export and regulatory documentation. Inventory Management: Demonstrate expertise in inventory management systems (such as Corridor or SAP) to process transactions related to material handling and distribution. Dangerous Goods Handling: Safely handle and transport dangerous goods in accordance with DOT, FAA, and other applicable standards. Discrepancy Resolution: Identify and resolve distribution discrepancies, communicating clearly with the relevant parties on the actions taken. Facility Management: Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment while supporting general housekeeping and facility management tasks. Brand Protection: Follow material handling standards to protect the brand and ensure inventory processes are executed correctly. Special Programs: Understand and support special inventory processes such as Special Missions and other related programs.  
What We're Looking For:
Required: Education: High School Diploma or GED required. College coursework is desired. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in distribution, warehousing, material handling, shipping, or receiving. Licenses: A valid driver’s license is required; ability to pass a DOT medical exam. Software Skills: Solid working knowledge of computerized inventory systems, including experience in material services, inventory control, or production control. Experience with Corridor/SAP is preferred. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate standard office equipment. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear and effective communication. Flexibility: Must be able to work varying shifts and weekends as required. Preferred: Warehouse Experience: Prior experience in warehousing is preferred. Forklift Certification: Ability to obtain certification to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.

Pay Details: $20.20 per hour
