Introduction to the job

Within ASML the sector Customer Support (CS) is responsible for the maintenance, repair and continuous improvement of ASML systems at customer locations.

One of the departments in this sector is EUV KH. The EUV KH team prepares and manages the CS part of the execution of EUV system maintenance.

Role and responsibilities

The Field service engineer, need to perform regular maintenance action and machine repair action to secure machine continue production.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
