Introduction
Within ASML the Customer Support (CS) group is responsible for the maintenance, repair and continuous improvement of ASML systems at customer locations.
CS EU EUV UIR team performs Upgrades, Installs and Relocations in Europe for our EUV customers.
This CS EUV UIR team has recently moved to Europe from CS EUV Central to support our EUV Europe customer at our best. From history we mainly have engineering and generalist roles, so now we are setting up the full organization.
The SAP Coordinator ensures material and tool management for maintenance and continuous improvement. This SAP Coordinator role (will be part of the local engineering team for synergy. As a team with very experienced and highly motivated engineers, we are making a start in this new organization and aiming for success.
Role and responsibilities
The SAP coordinator is responsible for:
Material preparation
Material management (collaboration with the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team)
Work together with SCM Team to ensure tooling preventive maintenance and calibrations are up to date and scheduled w.r.t the planningWork together with SCM logistics team for doing the materials returned to lay down work area in a proper timeWork with SCM Material quality team to guarantee the quality of critical part packing for prohibiting further damage / contaminationManage all allocated part and tools inventory status and focus on making proper Material usage/return plan with machine ownerManage Expiry tools to be returned in time and secure backup tools as wellWork with other ASML sectors and ensure proper communication, sharing of resources, and other assistance when neededSystem management in SAP & SMS (ASML system)
Conduct administrative processing of transactions such as maintaining the build-in/build-out list in order to maintain a correct configuration of system in SAPResearch materials in SAP, trace the history of materials in SAP, and escalate materials that are not properly structured in SAPDuring proceeding material confirmation on SAP-SMS, manage Service Orders’ aging status with Service coordinatorsEducation and experience
Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or in Supply Chain Management preferred or equivalent experience.Experience in semiconductor field or logistics technician is preferred but not mandatory.Knowledge of logistic process, service order process, SAP and Plan on is plus.Skills

Travel is estimated up to 60%. With the organization in transition, this percentage is an estimation and can be revisited in mutual agreement.
Main locations for travel are currently Belgium, potentially Israel and Germany, and other sites worldwide. Ability to get proper visa is required.
