What will you do?
Essential Responsibilities
• Quarterly meeting/survey with the Hub’s stakeholders to understand the level of satisfaction they have with the Hub’s support.
• Collaboration with all Hub leaders in transforming the survey result into action and following up the actions to improve Hub performance and processes.
• Continuous process and tools improvement to improve Service Hub’s quality of support.
• Manage the detractors’ comments and expectations with Team Leaders
• Resolution of the service quality-related escalations from stakeholders in countries
