The Role\: CS&Q Transformation Project Manager
Overview\: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Customer Satisfaction & Quality Transformation Project Manager to lead our quality improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving quality transformation projects in GSC East Asia, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
What will you do?
· Lead and manage quality transformation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Examples of such projects are Quality Fundamentals Deployment , High RPN Reduction , Integrated Management System Effectiveness, Digital Quality Adoption and Competency Management
· Executes strategy thru governance and CS&Q Performance management, identify top issues and driving actions with alignment to Cluster CS&Q Director
· Lead and manage cluster level operating rhythms\: Monthly Quality Steer Co meeting , Extended CS&Q Team meeting, Learning Caravan , Engagement activities , etc.
· Conducts Schneider Production System Audits, IMS Audit, Quality Basics Assessment, Layered Process Audits, to validate project deployment and improvement actions
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify quality improvement opportunities and develop actionable plans
· Utilize data analysis and project management methodologies to initiate and track project progress and measure success
· Facilitate workshops and training sessions to engage stakeholders and promote a culture of quality excellence
· Monitor trends and best practices in quality management to drive innovation and improvement
· Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments
· Communicate project updates to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
· Act as a change agent, promoting a mindset of quality improvement throughout the organization
Who would be successful?
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
· Proven experience in project management, preferably in quality transformation or continuous improvement roles
· Strong knowledge of quality management systems, manufacturing, and customer quality (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma, Lean, 8D, Regulatory compliance)
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
· Proficient in project management tools and software
· Travel required at 15% of workload
