CS Representative

1.Process sales orders daily and efficiently to achieve quality customer service level;

2.Maintain order information in Order processing system and ensure its accuracy; Analyze possible problem areas for customers (e.g. uncompleted, overdue and blocked orders);

3.Co-ordinate Customer’s complaints and respond proactively and timely. Communicate and cooperate with related departments including overseas factories to ensure smooth order fulfillment and on-time delivery;

4.Keep close contact with sales team to make sure customers’ requests can be transferred, understood and dealt with;

5.Maintain good relationship with assigned customers’ portfolio, visits customers if needed;

6.Analyze customers and its purchasing activities regularly, especially for key customers, offering useful proposals to involved Sales and Dept. Managers;

E-commerce development - prefer candidate has this kind of experience.
