Responsibilities Make an impact

The Customer Service Account Manager is the owner of the Customers Solution and is responsible for the contract & development of the system. They are required to build effective customer relations in order to develop a partnership between Swisslog and the customer based on trust and confidence. Your tasks include: To achieve high levels of customer satisfaction that will promote customer retention, maximizing customer contract value, margin and meeting Swisslog business objectives To own a Customer plan, to understand and manage the customers’ needs and help ensure Swisslog delivers solutions and capabilities to meet those needs Identify & manage new sales opportunities within existing accounts to retain a client - Solution Manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account To provide a strategic two-way communication channel between customers and Swisslog stakeholders to achieve better alignment and integration of services Responsible for overall contract service delivery & margin for region Arrange and attend SLA KPI customer meetings Application Requirements What you need to succeed Experience in account management in the intralogistics industry or engineering sector Excellent face-to-face communicator and able to demonstrate success and experience in managing external partners and internal resources Self-driven, result oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit Flexible to travel to customers anywhere in Belgium and Netherlands when required Fluent Dutch and English language skills
