About the Role
Support Corporate Solutions business by performing group underwriting and providing actuarial insights, with the goal of achieving business targets in ANP, VONB, and OPATRoles and Responsibilities:Group pricingAssess and underwrite group life, medical, and personal accident cases by analyzing benefits, claims experience, terms & conditions, and reinsurance arrangements. Ensure pricing reflects projected claims, medical trends, expenses, and profit margins while remaining competitive.Review quotations and terms to ensure compliance with internal guidelines and legal standards.Propose benefit adjustments and cost-containment strategies by analyzing scheme design, claims patterns, medical trends, and industry benchmarks.Collaborate with Sales to identify gaps in employee benefits and develop tailored solutions for corporate clients.Work with Operations, IT, and Network teams to design benefit solutions that are customer-centric and operationally feasible.Prepare claims data analysis, premium projections, and recommendations for cases requiring higher-level approval.Projects & ReportsContribute to projects focused on actuarial solutions, service enhancements, process improvements, or strategic initiatives.Prepare regular and ad hoc underwriting reports as needed.Reinsurance arrangementCoordinate with reinsurers for facultative reinsurance on special quotes.Other responsibilitiesProvide industry insights and best practices to team members.Fulfill other tasks to meet evolving business demands.
Requirements:
