PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a skilled CS400 Assembly Operator to join a renowned Tucson-based aerospace manufacturing company. Key Responsibilities:

Perform manual assembly, operation of automated assembly equipment, and hand soldering.

Run automated test equipment, conduct inspections, and carry out repairs.

Set up and maintain machines, perform first-line preventative maintenance, and troubleshoot assembly process issues.

Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and ensure high-quality output.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant education or experience is a plus.

4-5 years of experience in production, assembly, or manufacturing.

Proficiency with assembly processes, soldering specifications, and operating test equipment.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with a team.

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
