We are assisting a leading provider of construction solutions, renowned for delivering innovative and reliable projects across a variety of sectors in their search for a highly skilled and experienced CSA Construction Manager. As CSA Construction Manager you will be managing and coordinating all CSA-related activities which requires an extensive experience in CSA disciplines, excellent project management skills, and the ability to ensure projects are completed on time, within the budget, and to the highest quality of standards and safety.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Work closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless integration of CSA activities.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for CSA components.
Oversee all on-site CSA construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols.
Implement and maintain quality control procedures and ensure all CSA work complies with local, state, and national building codes and regulations.
Identify potential risks related to CSA activities and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure strict compliance of quality, environment, health, and safety regulations and codes in project execution.
Prepare accurate and complete documentation/reports on project development, issues, and milestones.
Degree in Construction Management/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Proven years of experience in CSA construction management.
Strong understanding of CSA principles, techniques, and industry standards.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
