CSA  Estimator – Data Centres – Ireland

 

Our client is an established main contractor working across Europe specialising in the delivery of Data Centre construction projects on behalf of global blue-chip clients. They offer a full turnkey service for their clients from design, construction and handover across the full range of CSA (civil, structural, architectural), MEP (mechanical and electrical) and commissioning works 

 

The need now exists for an experienced CSA Estimator to join the team working on a Hyper-Scale Data Centre new build scheme in Ireland.

 

Responsibilities

 

Prepare Accurate Cost Estimates: Develop detailed and precise CSA (Civil, Structural, and Architectural) estimates for data center construction projects. Review Project Specifications: Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documents to identify scope and cost requirements. Manage Tendering Process: Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotes and evaluate cost competitiveness. Monitor Budget and Cost Control: Track project expenses to ensure the project stays within budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities. Collaborate with Project Teams: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and designers to provide input on cost-effective solutions and ensure project timelines are met.

 

Requirements

 

Degree or equivalent qualified in Quantity Surveying 

5+ years’ experience in Quantity Surveying/Estimating role

Data centre CSA commercial experience preferred.

Must be able to travel.

€50,000-€75,000 per annum + Benefits
