CSA Supervisor – Data Centres – Eskiltuna, Sweden

As an engineering-focused organization, they have grown to become one of the leading and most trusted companies in our sector. We are currently constructing multiple Turnkey Data Centre Projects across Europe, equating to over 500 MW of IT load in flight.
We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced CSA Supervisor to join our team. This position will be based on-site in Sandviken, Sweden.
Responsibilities
Overseeing Site Construction Activities: The CSA Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily civil, structural, and architectural construction activities. This includes ensuring that all work complies with the project plans, specifications, and safety standards. They ensure that tasks such as excavation, foundation work, and structural framing are carried out according to the design. Quality Control and Inspections: The CSA Supervisor performs inspections to verify the quality of work. This includes checking structural integrity, building materials, and finishes to ensure that all civil, structural, and architectural elements meet required standards. They must also ensure that any deviations from the plans are properly addressed and documented. Coordination with Contractors and Subcontractors: The supervisor coordinates between various contractors and subcontractors working on civil, structural, and architectural aspects of the project. They ensure all parties are aligned, work is performed on schedule, and that resources and materials are available when needed. Health, Safety, and Compliance Management: Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance is one of the CSA Supervisor’s key responsibilities. They are responsible for conducting safety meetings, ensuring that workers follow safe practices, and addressing any safety hazards on the site. They also ensure that construction work meets all relevant building codes and environmental regulations. Progress Monitoring and Reporting: The CSA Supervisor tracks the progress of the civil, structural, and architectural work and compares it to the project timeline. They identify any potential delays or issues and take corrective action. Regular progress reports are submitted to the project manager, outlining completed tasks, ongoing work, and any challenges or risks encountered.
Requirements
Must have CSA related degree or equivalent trades background
Must have 2+ years experience supervising CSA packages on Large-Scale construction projects
EU Passport or Swedish RTW is requires
