CSC BPO Operations Lead
Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure that the vendor relationship is well developed and maintained to ensure a superior customer experience, timeliness, and a high level of efficiency. Must be capable of proposing solutions to enhance vendor performanceDaily follow up with vendors in assigned tasks, ensuring on time responseCollaborate both internally and externally to resolve complex operational or technological issuesServe as a key point of contact for the offshore leadership teamTo ensure exceptional performance, manage team relationships effectively, and participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business improvement Balance the needs of key stakeholders, ensure that the teams involved are aware of the combined end goals, establish operations objectives and work plans, and participate in regular meetings to improve productivity, product knowledge, and customer experienceProvides reports to senior management and other relevant personnel regarding outsource partnersYou will also be responsible for driving consistency across our call center operations, partnering closely with our internal customer solution leadership, and cross-functional departmentsContinuously improve processes and operational efficiencies

Basic Qualifications:

Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience5+ years Business Analyst to include 2+ years' supervisory experienceStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAdvanced experienced in Microsoft Excel, Tableau (or other Data Visualization), and SharePointScorecard Design and MaintenanceDemonstrated ability to formulate, implement and evaluate plans and projects applicable to assigned areaDemonstrated managerial and leadership skills with proven ability to interact effectively with peers and partnersGeneral knowledge of organization-wide policies and procedures and thorough knowledge of those policies and procedures relevant to the assigned area of accountability
