Description

Summary:

The CSC Section Manager 2 supporting the Mortgage line of business will manage multiple functions of the Customer Solutions Center consisting of Team Sales Managers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Implement new policies and procedures ensuring the Customer Solutions Center is run efficiently and in compliance with corporate and regulatory guidelinesAct as a liaison with other departments / divisionsForward thinking with a global vision and prioritizes Category of One in sales and serviceParticipate in strategic planning and provides budget oversight for assigned area(s)Act as lead for functional owner for assigned lines of businessMonitor, analyze and report on the assigned area(s) productivity to senior managementAdhere to bank policies and procedures and comply with legal and regulatory requirementsAccountable for risk management, compliance and audit performance for area(s) of responsibility whether a supervisor, manager or individual contributorEstablish or work with management to develop effective controls and processes to ensure risks are measured, monitored and controlled and compliance requirements are adhered to on an on-going basis. If applicable, ensures staff is properly trained, provided with appropriate resources and motivated to adhere to risk management principlesMaintains current knowledge of risk-related changes that may impact assigned area(s) of responsibilityPerforms other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience7 years of mortgage leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a financial and/or call center environment preferredThorough understanding of reporting, metrics and service level impactsKnowledge and ability to work with MS Office products effectively and efficientlyAbility to successfully develop presentations, using data analytics, on assigned topics and present to senior leadersMust possess excellent oral and written communication skillsMust exhibit strong organizational skills
