Key elements of the job include:
• Maintain close relationships with internal stakeholders on operational level. Fulfill supply chain materials preparation for internal action demand.
• Maintain Field Operations local KPI target, incl ownership of one or more KPIs on dashboard.
• Manage the manpower from out-source to fulfill customer demand , assign daily operation in customer site.
• Follow-up on issues raising from operations , report operation abnormality and trace on it .
• Drive operation improvements on efficiency, provide effective process to meet saving target incl cost or manpower.
• Communication and coordination with stakeholder to get Win-Win solution.
Requirements:
• Excellent skills and proven track record in operational planning and execution, in a high-tech or otherwise highly complex and cross-sectorial business environment.
• Can manage high dynamics, whilst having the drive to deliver, structure and continuously improve.
• Remains effective under high pressure and keeps re-evaluating priorities
• Identifies and actively seeks support from other stakeholders to drive SCM performance
• Willing to work as shift model ( day / night )

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.).
