About the role:
SailPoint is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive some of our most complex, business-critical initiatives for our Customer Success Delivery Portfolio Team. We are looking for a program manager who has experience driving large organization wide initiatives-including team onboarding and day-to day solutions delivery programs. This individual is passionate about building and operating scalable, efficient processes, cultivating relationships and has experience collaborating and influencing across organizational boundaries. You will be a partner to our CSD Delivery teams and manage key programs to ensure we're executing successfully and delivering amazing results.
Responsibilities:
Build strong trusting relationships with leaders across multiple business functions (ex. Professional Services, Customer Success, Support, Sales etc)Work with CSDP Leadership to keep cross-organizational/cross-functional teams focused on top business objectives.Build, drive, and operationalize product best practices from end-to-end.Manage and track program execution across multiple workstreams to ensure successful, high-quality, on-time product launches.Identify and understand bottlenecks in the system and open them up including making and communicating tradeoffs.Anticipate, recognize, and work through risks, resistance or setbacks which impact program execution.Use technical judgement to drive strategic alignment & product delivery.Collaborate with the delivery-focused Program Managers to develop and implement strategies to ensure alignment of timelines for cross-functional release schedules.Communicate clearly and regularly to executive stakeholders and audiences in a variety of ways (visually and verbally).Provide thought leadership and a continuous improvement mindset to methodically work through problems/challenges.Simultaneously leading multiple teams to deliver value added features through several agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, XPUtilize effective communication, facilitation and problem-solving skills to identify / resolve problems in a timely manner and detect / eliminate roadblocks and distractions that may interfere with the team’s ability to deliver assigned goalsMaintain a high level of employee satisfaction by creating a collaborative team environment for team member growth, cohesiveness, productivity, creativity, innovation, recognition, empowerment, and accountability while successfully meeting project objectivesManage projects using the Atlassian tool suite (JIRA, Confluence) and develop/deliver program status and updates to key stakeholdersRequirements:
3+ years of experience driving large programs and delivering excellent results – preference for experience in Identity/Cybersecurity/SaaS solutions company and/or an enterprise software industry a plusProgram and project management experience with an ability to think tactically as well as strategically while coordinating cross-functional teams in a maturing Agile Environment.Demonstrated capabilities in successfully leading enterprise-wide programs and projects.The high degree of business acumen and technical competencyThe ability to balance and bridge technology and business needs, project and program managementDemonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and to resolve scheduling and other conflicts to meet all deadlinesHighly evolved EQ and ability to adapt to the needs of the program and current maturity of the teams.Technical experience and knowledge of developing SaaS products - grounded in modern web technologies and agile processes.Passion for building partnerships and experience leveraging those to achieve success.Relentless passion and persistence for efficiency and operational improvement.Self-driven and highly motivated work ethic.Excellent Communication SkillsExperience in Salesforce, ServiceNow and Tableau.Proficient in project management tools like JIRA, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field; PMP, Certified Scrum Master or similar certification preferredPreferred:

Within 30 Days you will…
Onboard into your new role, get familiar with our product offering and technology, proactively meet peers and stakeholders, and familiarize yourself with the CSD Portfolio program, process, and delivery.
By 90 Days
Work with the team as part of ongoing day to day program delivery leveraging current process, practices, and procedure.
Work with CSDP Leadership to develop, tune, and implement systems and processes to aid in program day to day delivery, team onboarding, and program management- including reporting and visualization on program metrics, program development, and team onboarding.
Identify and understand areas for improvement in the program and suggest improvements, including implementation of Agile best practices and methodologies.
By 6 Months
Build, drive, and operationalize program best practices from end-to-end, including reporting on program metrics, development, and utilization.
Manage and track program execution across multiple workstreams to ensure successful, high-quality, on-time program operation.
Maintain effective team onboarding through collaboration with team leadership and stakeholders, direct engagement with team joiners, and cross functional work across SailPoint.
Operate day to day program delivery in close collaboration with program managers and key stakeholders towards objectives of outstanding customer experience and optimized program delivery.
By 1 Year
Provide thought leadership and a continuous improvement mindset to methodically work through problems/challenges.
Have built strong trusting relationships with leaders across multiple business functions (Professional Services, Customer Success, Support, Sales, etc.)
