CSL Resource Manager Implementation
Your role will be to work with Sales and our Solution Consultants to put together teams to manage our client implementations. You will need fantastic communication and stakeholder management skills as well as patience and a flexible approach whilst working in a demanding environment.
The role is both challenging and rewarding -- but you will need to be on top of it at all times, and thrive from being able to juggle constantly shifting timelines.
This is a vital role in the running of the department and without it we would not be able to manage the volume of work we do. You will need to be comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• You will work directly with our Sales Team. You will help to monitor their pipeline and decide when work will start and end in line with client needs and available capacity
• You will assist with the allocation of resources across the Implementation department
• You will help construct the teams of consultants to deliver the work in the most efficient manner possible
• You will help maintain and develop effort models so that we can accurately assess how much work is required on our projects
• You will know how many hours and days are available in each month and will be able to squeeze in a small report allocation into the smallest of gaps
• You will help the Team Managers ensure their Capacity Planners are accurate and up to date and help with the production of Productivity Reports
• You will assist with the Solutions process during peak times to ensure sales orders are moved through the process as efficiently as possible.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
• Experience defining a successful resource management system across multiple areas
• Experience of working within project based environments
• Proficient in MS Office including a minimum knowledge of pivot tables in Excel
• Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to think outside the box
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
• Build relationships with confident communication and negotiation at all organisational levels
• Highly motivated and Results driven with a view to developing an expanding role

• Working knowledge of Project Management tools
• Confident communication skills with the ability to negotiate
• Ability to calmly push and challenge both Sales and Implementation managers
• Excellent at building and networking with different parts of the organisation
• Resourceful, flexible and innovative with finding and placing resources
• Proactive, calm, tenacious and comfortable under pressure
• Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to think outside the box
• Results driven, with a view to developing skills within an expanding role.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Experience in capacity planning and utilisation
• Resourceful, flexible and innovative with finding and placing resources
• An appreciation of Project Management tools, processes, practices and skills
• Demonstrable experience in liaising across a variety of departments and levels within an organisation
• Understanding of differing challenges, predominantly within Sales and Implementation
• Comfortable under pressure working to tight deadlines with a proactive and calm approach.
