職務内容

・スケジュール管理、担当プロジェクトの実行

・RPA（Robotic Process Automation）やTableauを活用した各種データの収集、スクリプトの構築、各種メトリクスの自動化推進、レポートの構築により、CSMや関連部門の業務効率を向上

ビジネスプロセス手順のためのCSM変更管理関連ソフトウェアを改善する

・MESシステム関連プロジェクトの推進（Sigma、GeRM、ET、SPACE、CIM、PCTRAV、GeRM qual system, Queue Time, MES Fab Tracking）

・協力者と協力して問題を特定し、解決策をベンチマークし、パフォーマンスの制約をフォローアップする

・社内顧客との緊密な関係を構築し、ニーズ分析や指導を行う

・変更や新たな取り組みにより影響を受けるパートナーとの連絡と調整

・変更管理ソフトウェアの変更の有効性を評価する

CSM 関連ソフトウェア システムの継続的な改善を保証するために、協力者へのコンサルタントとして機能します。

・ユーザーへの講師としてMES関連の研修を実施

資格（すべてを満たしている必要はありません）

・Micron MESでの業務経験（動作制御、変換等）

・Fabの工程や設備についての基本的な理解

・データ分析に基づく問題解決能力

・社内外を問わず、他のチームメンバーとコミュニケーションを図り、協力し合うことができる方

・技術的な内容を開発、指導、発表、理解する能力

・各種プログラミングスキルやデータベースの基本的な理解

・ファブ装置とITホスト間の通信とデータの流れの理解

・スクリプト作成、RPA(Robotics Process Automation)、Tableau管理ができる方

・優れた時間管理能力とマルチタスクスキルをお持ちの方

・Microsoft Office（Excel/Word/PPT）に堪能な方

・基礎的な英語コミュニケーション能力（高校卒業程度）

学歴と経験:

エンジニアリング関連分野の学士号、または同等の経験。

CSM Change Management (CH) Engineers are responsible for installing new systems, including Micron MES, upgrading systems, solving, improving quality, preventing excursions, improving work efficiency through automation features and maintaining the business process by collaborating with partners, such as the Process Equipment Engineering, Manufacturing Engineer, Process Integration Engineering, IT, and Quality departments.

Involves developing new systems, upgrading and improving processes, collaborating with Micron diverse team members and CH team members in other sites.

Through this role, expectation is to gain an understanding of the systems which Micron MES is composed of, such as Sigma, GeRM, ET, SPACE, Sampling, Traveler, Qual System, QTime and MES Tracking. A CH engineer is also expected to improve their project management skills, collaborate with the Micron global organization and have an active role in Micron worldwide.

・Manage their schedule and implement their assigned projects
・Collect various data, build scripts, promote automation of various Metrics and build reports using RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and Tableau to improve the work efficiency of CSM and other related departments
Improve CSM Change Management related software for business process procedures

・Drive projects related to MES Systems (Sigma, GeRM, ET, SPACE, CIM, PCTRAV, GeRM qual system, Queue Time and MES Fab Tracking)
・Work with collaborators to identify issues, benchmark solutions, and follow-up on performance constraints
・Build close relationships with internal customers to conduct needs analyses and provide guidance
・Communicate and coordinate with partners impacted by changes or new initiatives
・Evaluate the effectiveness of Change Management software changes
Act as a consultant to collaborators to ensure continuous improvement in CSM related software systems
・Provide MES related training as an instructor to users

Qualifications(not need all satisfaction):

・Experience working with Micron MES (operation control, conversion, etc.)
・A basic understanding of Fab processes and equipment
・Problem solving skills based on data analysis
・Ability to communicate and work well with other team members whether internal/external of the group
・Ability to develop, teach, present, and understand technical topics
・A basic understanding of various programming skills and databases
・An understanding of the communication and data flow between Fab equipment and IT hosts
・Ability in creating Script, RPA (Robotics Process Automation) and Tableau management
・Have strong time management and multitasking skills
・Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PPT)
・Basic English communication skills (level of high school graduation)

Education and Experience:

BS in an engineering related field or equivalent experience.
