Job Description
Primary responsibility is to facilitate, support and motivate your team members in your expert areaEnsure delivery of the Sourcing Roadmap, whilst confirming adherence to the ISTF (Intragroup Sourcing Transition Framework).Support the COE Sourcing in finding ways to improve the Sourcing Team’s way of working.Effectively facilitate the transition of your expertise team to the One Agile Way of WorkingFormulate a clear purpose for your expertise team based on the client and product strategy (and changing) market conditions; play a crucial role in setting priorities at an expertise team levelCreate, together with the Agile Coaches, high–performing teams and remove impediments; stimulates interaction between people within and outside your domainAccountable for executing risk & control compliance and mitigation of business and operational risks; ensures regulatory compliance across your entire expertise teamMaintains contacts with stakeholdersResponsible for alignment with other CLTs and Squads within the product areaResponsible for Continuous Improvement of processes and administration within your expertise team with the goal of limiting internal hand-oversAccountable for developing the expertise of the team as a whole and the personal development of the individual membersEnsures that the members of the expertise team are doing the right things i.e. are competent and capable and focus on the right priorities in order to achieve their goalsStrengthen the ING One Agile Way of Working as a role model while safeguarding the Orange Code
