Objective\:
The CSP Account Governance role is an integral part of Worley’s Sales Enablement and Account Management team. This team is tasked with ensuring the consistent and effective management of the sales process and maintaining the integrity of the systems and processes needed to make informed business decisions and win more work. We also provide insights and trend reporting through robust data analytics to help the business make informed business decisions. Our team also develops and continuously improves the global sales training program to ensure our BD and Sales professionals drive excellence throughout the sales cycle as well as ensure the necessary governance requirements to protect our business from risk. We also develop and steward Worley’s strategic account management and Corporate Top Prospects frameworks to ensure consistency of application. the global sales training , as well as structured global training programs, embedding and continuous improvement of our account management framework, driving activities and approaches that give us deeper insight into customer experiences and driving the governance and framework for Corporate Top Prospects..
Overview of the role
This role is essential for our ability to maintain integrity of our data, specifically the account data in our Salesforce Customer Success Platform (CSP) which involves engaging in data collection, implementing automation, and upholding stringent data governance practices which are fundamental to our operations.
Primary responsibilities
Maintain account records in CSP - For new accounts, check for duplicates and merge, if possible, check Legal Entity name, update D&B info
Synchronization of accounts between CSP and GBS - For new or existing unverified accounts that are used on an opportunity, establish connection need to be used for B&P requests or project
Assigning and managing account ownership structure and account groups in CSP - Based on company structure info from D&B Hoovers, assign parent account structure and account groups
Ownership of the D&B Hoovers and D&B Connect software to support the above activities - Engage in technical discussions with vendor and IT in case of issues or software renewal/replacement
Initiating credit checks (by Finance) as part of the account verification process - When account credit assessment was not done or has expired\: check legal entity name and other actions or info to be completed, then request Finance to perform credit check. Advise user how to proceed if credit check is negative.
Working with the legal compliance team for account ABC compliance checks - Same as above, but then for ABC compliance check and Compliance team
Working with global accounts team and other stakeholders to optimize CSP functionality for accounts - providing expert technical input to enhancements to CSP account functionality, translations user needs to instructions to IT.

Relevant Experience\:
· Existing experience in data handling, in particular data stewardship and governance.
· Tertiary qualifications highly desirable
· Existing knowledge of CSP (Salesforce).
· A working understanding of Worley’s Sales Processes as it relates to the criticality of data and critical review gates would be highly desirable
· Understanding the risk and legal requirements as they related to CSP accounts and opportunities would be advantageous.
Flexible work arrangements\:
· Flexible work arrangements are possible for this role however it is highly preferable that this role resides in a project delivery office within Worley.
· The role involves a global interface with key stakeholders and may require working across multiple time zones (as reasonable) to progress key initiatives.
