JOB PURPOSE

The Operations Manager successfully deliver the operational business plan through effective collaboration with the category team and the CD Account Management team. This involves contributing to the development of the Category Business Plan by incorporating customer requirements and plans, thereby driving growth for both the total category and Unilever’s business.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE:

Oversee and manage activities within the CPP budget to ensure volume KPIs are met in line with targets.

Identify and manage risks and opportunities related to category volumes.

Develop and implement Quarterly Activity Plans in alignment with the BB and Account Management teams to achieve company targets.

Conduct Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) with a focus on forecasting for the next 0-3 months.

Ensure a profitable product mix within the category.

Manage discretionary CPP budgets effectively.

Optimize and manage the route to market for products.

Develop and evaluate category tactics such as promotional pricing, free weight offers, co-packs, and boosters.

Conduct weekly trade visits to stay informed about market conditions and gather insights.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field

Proven experience in customer marketing and/or account management, demonstrating financial acumen

Skills

Ability to work independently, take responsibility for actions, and collaborate effectively to achieve team goals

Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills, especially in a fast-paced environment

Capability for effective problem-solving and decision-making

Proficient in English for effective communication

Proficiency in using the MS Office suite

Possession of a category B driving license
