Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

Scope of responsibilities:

·         Coordination of CSR programmes following global & local guidelines and KPIs

·         Communication of CSR programmes achievements

·         Building internal awareness about CSR programmes by communication and looking for opportunities to highlight CSR impact among our employees

·         Overseeing the execution of CSR projects and monitoring their results

·         Reporting the results of the programme to the headquarters and at the regional level

·         Organizing and managing volunteering and charitable activities

·         Building partnerships with external entities (NGO, academia, etc.) to boost social impact and scale up CSR programmes 

·         Managing partnership agreements – organization of events, thematic zones and utilization of benefits with partner

·         Tracking and reporting the success of partnership initiatives and identifying areas for improvement.

·         Communicating in the media, online platforms, and internally within the company

·         Preparing and planning budgets for CSR-related initiatives

·         Engaging employees in CSR programs, initiatives and motivating them to participate in volunteer activities

·         Leading CA team corporate processes and online systems & project management covering domains of CA, PA, PR, ESG, CSR & Business Development
