CSS EMEA Go-to-Market Specialist

What you will do

This position focuses on driving our go-to-market initiatives, enabling our workforce to engage in strategic sales plays, leading events to position CSS, collecting customer testimonials, and handling internal communications. Your efforts will ensure customer happiness and achieve Oracle's short and long-term goals in the EMEA region.

As a Go-to-Market Specialist, you will:

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on strategic objectives and market positioning. Supervise and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies Build and deliver training programs and materials to enable the workforce on key sales initiatives. Plan and run events, including webinars, conferences, and customer meetings, to showcase CSS offerings. Leverage customer stories to demonstrate the value and impact of CSS services Develop and implement internal communication strategies to keep teams advised and aligned. Foster a collaborative and informed internal community through effective communication channels.

Desired Experience

The ideal candidate will have all or a good selection of the following:

Experience in go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and event management, preferably in the SaaS and emerging technology sectors. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey sophisticated concepts optimally. High energy, positive mentality and a desire to make a significant impact. Experience crafting and delivering enablement programs and training materials. Passion for customer success and a customer-centric attitude. Strong organizational and project management skills to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines.
