Grundfos is seeking an experienced CSSC Front Line Representative to join its Water Utility CSSC team. This position reports directly to the CSSC Manager and will operate daily out of the Monterrey, NL (Valle) facility. Relocation for this position cannot be supported and qualified candidates must have authorization to work in Mexico without support. **What is the job about?** The CSSC Front Line Representative will contribute to a thriving sales team whilst delivering world class customer services through various Customer channels i.e. live chat, e-commerce platforms, etc. Provide first Customer contact resolution on inquiries which can resolve rather shortly (as predefined by Group guidelines) and escalate further processing of business transactions based on defined processes. Provide timely and effective, pricing, lead time, and order related support to Customers and sales teams. **Your main responsibilities:** + Commercial and technical advice on Customer inquiries. + Monitor Customer order changes (lead time, shipping conditions, quantity, postponements, rejection, cancellation) and interaction with External Sales, Finance and the Supply Chain. + Assist Customers with order progression and supply chain issues. + Handle order fulfillment tasks. + Provide order and delivery status to Customers. + Provide standard pricing and delivery information + Record Customer complaints and requests for Customer product returns + Release incoming ecommerce orders to ensure accurate order management in line with world class customer service. **Your background** We imagine that you have: + Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum of 1-2 years) + Previous experience within Customer Services. Relevant administrative experience, organizational skills & accountability with the Customer. + Knowledge of business structure, products and key market needs to create a good Customer centric experience. + Fundamental Product and Application Knowledge – Interpret type keys, identify pumps vs spare parts, kits vs motors, identify where product is built (not essential). + Good communication and networking skills together with the ability to build positive and trusting relationships with both Internal and External Stakeholders. + Excellent written English. **What’s in it for you?** Here at Grundfos it’s our mission to help you develop and fulfil your ambitions, both career and personal.
