Universal Technical Resource Services, Inc. (UTRS) is currently seeking a Junior CSSP Customer Engagement Professional to join our team! We are hiring for positions on an upcoming effort at Adelphi, MD, with positions also in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, and San Antonio, TX, in support of the U.S. Army Defensive Cyber Solutions Branch of the Army Command, Control, Communication, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR). This position will require an understanding of a Cyber Security Provider (CSSP) and its service offerings. This position is located at San Antonio, TX.
What will you be doing?
This position will be a key member of the Defensive Cyber Security team. Duties include:
+ Promptly responding to new inquiries for cybersecurity services and providing accurate guidance and support through the service alignment process.
+ Ensuring timely receipt of service inquiries and collaborating with customer contacts to create database records for tracking workflow processes related to service alignment.
+ Generating formal support agreements and service quotes for prospective customers.
+ Executing the initiation of operational services and tracking the progress through the automated alignment tool until all services are fully established.
+ Providing ongoing support to subscribers after service alignment to ensure continuous and sustained service delivery.
+ Providing focused support to subscribers going through inspections and assessments
+ Generating reports on subscriber alignment, status updates, and tracking of outstanding funding.
+ Managing data for existing customers and facilitate their annual service renewal process.
What skills will the ideal candidate have to be successful?
This position will require the following skillsets and experience:
+ Requires a Bachelor’s degree (related field preferred)
+ This is an entry-level position and requires 0-1 years of experience.
+ An ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and keen attention to detail and exceptional communication skills
+ Requires a Secret Clearance
+ Must be US Citizen and able to obtain a security clearance
