CSSP Project Manager

We are hiring for positions on an upcoming effort at Adelphi, MD in support of the U.S. Army Defensive Cyber Solutions Branch of the Army Command, Control, Communication, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR). This position will be responsible for overseeing and executing Information Technology (IT) and Cybersecurity-related projects. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure the successful delivery of projects that meet both technical and business objectives. This position is located at Adelphi, MD. What will you be doing? This position will be a key member of the Defensive Cyber Security team. Duties include: · Leading and managing IT and cybersecurity projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and projects adhere to relevant IT and cybersecurity standards, frameworks, and best practices. · Working in unison with Financial Analysts and Quality Assurance Managers to develop and manage project budgets, schedule, and quality to ensure the project is track accurately and ensure the project outcomes meet or exceed client and organizational standards. · Generating and providing reports using qualitative and quantitative analytical means that evaluate the effectiveness of a project from an operations, processes, and service delivery perspective. · Collaborating with CSSP teams dedicated to specific missions and functions, ensuring seamless integration of project objectives with cybersecurity operations. · Providing Ad-hoc management support to track various tasks and requests from team members or stakeholders that support the mission area. What skills will the ideal candidate have to be successful?
