Job Description

Brookstreet UK Ltd are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a leading Housing organisation in Newtownards. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to make a difference in community housing services.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Salary: £12.59 per hour

Contract Type: Temporary Full-Time

Holiday Allowance: 34 days per annum

No weekend work - all Bank/Public days off

Payment: Weekly pay

Essential Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service call handlingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentExcellent problem-solving capabilitiesProfessional and customer-focused approach

Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer calls professionally and efficientlyProvide high-quality customer service within a housing contextManage and resolve customer inquiries and complaintsMaintain accurate and up-to-date customer recordsSupport the organisation's customer service objectives
