I wish to hire a student research assistant in support of a survey project exploring the the connection between Russians’ current attachment to their country and their country’s experience in the 1990s.  

The student would be asked to provide roughly 50 hours of support between January or February and the end of April.  Tasks would include searching through and summarizing secondary literature and web-based materials and assisting in the design of questions to be added to a survey to be administered by an independent pollster in May or June. 

The ideal candidate would have strong Russian language skills, be interested in contemporary Russian society and politics, and have strong communication and writing skills.
