What You'll Do

Event Focused

Provide training support for North America L&D efforts, including conference room bookings, catering and IT requests and liaising with office experience teamsThought partner and support on-site trainings and sanctioned L&D events in Boston:Set up conference roomsPrepping print materials

Administrative duties

Leverage internal and MS Office tools to create print and display materials for training programsCalendar coordination for internal meetings and training programsInternal L&D meeting support, including notetaking

Database maintenance and management

Data cleans and maintenance of shared learning management systemsManage systems to ensure they are General Data Protection Regulation compliant and updated in real time

Special projects as assigned include maintaining a resource library for internal team use, exploring GenAI applications for process efficiency and CST upskilling, and supporting L&D marketing efforts



What You'll Bring

BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Prior work experience is preferredAbility to respect all BCG information as personal and confidentialStrong verbal and written English language communication skillsProficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint) and willingness to learn other tools such as a Learning Management System (LMS).Ability to prioritize, work within a complex matrix organization, and manage upward.Must be comfortable working virtually with team members.Ability to work both in a team and independently.Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college/university degree program. Current college/university must have an existing co-op partnership with BCG and recognize full-time employment as academic credit that will be part of the student's official transcript.Must meet the co-op program eligibility requirements of the current college/university's academic department and student must be approved by the college/university to participate in the co-op program.Must be able to work full-time (40 hours/week) throughout the minimum duration of the co-op cycle (July - December).Must be authorized to work in the United States.
