The Region Marketing Leader -CT coordinates and manages some marketing elements for a geography or solutions portfolio. This role contributes to the growth of the Japan CT business by contributing to and executing the marketing plans, new product development and current portfolio evolution. Develops qualitative & quantitative insights about the needs, wants and premium of customers and championing the geography internally and externally. As Japan's CT marketing leader, we will collaborate with RPM and MSS to contribute to the growth of Japan's CT business. In addition, we will collaborate with other modalities to contribute to the growth of Japan's CT business.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Using market research to identify market and adjacent opportunities, integrate competitive intelligence into marketing planning

• Work with product & global Marketing to supply regional sales forces with product positioning, training materials, brochures and other tools required for execution of growth objectives adapting these to local market needs as necessary

• Contribute to market forecasts and business case for product/upgrades that are at concept stage and develop price-value map trends

• Understand customer’s needs as well as values and benefits sought for the product/service offering

• Help assess modality portfolio competitiveness and drive clear product positioning via the execution of marketing communications plans

• Support the development of global marketing plan and value proposition

• Implement regional segmentation strategy.  Manage processes and programs to increase customer awareness, preference and purchase intent (e.g., lead generation campaigns)

• Contribute to the Growth Playbook and support activity of regional/operational marketing teams and ensure alignment with global marketing plan

• Monitor metrics and operating mechanisms to ensure achievement of business objectives (e.g., lead generation programs, trade show management, etc)

• Contribute to the growth of CT business as Japan's CT marketing Leader.

Required Qualifications

1. Excellent oral and written English communications skills

2. Strong analytical and process skills

3. Healthcare product/industry acumen

4. Team oriented – ability to work well with diverse, cross-functional teams

5. Innovation – ability to develop/execute on new ideas through collaboration

Desired Characteristics

1. MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field

2. 5+ years experience in marketing, product marketing or related field

3. Marketing experience in market & customer insights, product commercialization and branding
