Requirements:

ARRT Registered TechnologistARRT Registered Technologist, Computed TomographyCurrent BLS from the AHA or ARC

About the Job:

Under the direction of the Radiologist and Radiology Director, performs all CT procedures in accordance with ACR, State Regulations, and departmental policies. Technologists use computerized tomography (CT) scanners to produce cross-section images of patients’ internal organs and tissues for the diagnosis of medical issues.Technologists must be able to accurately interpret a physician’s scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, prepare and operate the CT scan equipment, and position the patient to capture the appropriate images. The CT Technologist is able to perform duties of an ARRT Technologist as required in addition to performing CT duties.Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
