CT/X-Ray Technologist. + $7/hr differential Schedule: 7:00pm to 6:30am, 7 on/7 off. This role will float between radiology and CT as volume demands. Technologist must be competent and registered in both modalities. Position Summary: The Dual-modality Radiology Technologist delivers high quality CT and X-Ray exams to assist in diagnosis or treatment. Independently performs CT and X-Ray procedures, producing images for the interpretation by or at the request of a licensed practitioner. This role supports outpatient and inpatient settings with a variable schedule. Minimum Qualifications: Required + Graduate of Committee of Allied Health Education and Accreditation (CAHEA) accredited Radiology program or equivalent, and documented competencies in Radiology and CT + Montana Licensure (Radiologic Technologist) + American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) advanced certification in CT + American Heart Association BLS within 60 days of hire + Two (2) years of previous radiology experience Preferred + Associates or Bachelor’s degree in health care related studies Essential Job Functions: In addition to the essential functions of the job listed below, employees must have on-time completion of all required education as assigned per DNV requirements, Bozeman Health policy, and other registry requirements. + Performs quality CT and X-Ray/fluoroscopic exams and procedures as requested by medical staff. + Operates with limited supervision, while maintaining high attention to detail, customer needs, and high reliability. + Assists medical staff in other departments during exams and procedures as necessary and appropriate. + Performs ancillary duties as required to maintain proper distribution, billing, and archival of exams and procedures. + Completes documentation, in designated area, of all information required for proper interpretation, reporting, archiving, and retrieval of exams. + Retrieves written orders and related health information to ensure the timely performance and reporting of exams and procedures.
