CTMS Specialist
Job Title: CTMS Specialist Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) Specialist to join our team. The CTMS Specialist will be responsible for managing the intake process for all CDAs/NDAs/CTAs, ensuring that final contract terms are consistent with IRB-approved ICF documents, and preparing/reviewing Award Establishment documentation. The role also involves updating the CTMS, providing regular status updates, and creating reports for study teams, ancillary departments, and leadership. Responsibilities + Manage the intake process for all CDAs/NDAs/CTAs. + Review submissions by study teams to the CTMS for completeness. + Document receipt in study status and assign to CTO team members. + Create folders in SharePoint and upload all draft documents. + Ensure final contract terms are consistent with IRB-approved ICF documents. + Prepare and review Award Establishment documentation. + Update the CTMS as required. + Provide regular updates to management on the status of ongoing clinical trials. + Create and provide reports to study teams, ancillary departments, and leadership. Essential Skills + 3+ years experience with Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) + Velos preferred. + Knowledge of clinical trial processes. + BS degree is preferred but not required. Duration + 6-month contract with potential to renew Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $34.00/hr.
