\nWe are currently seeking a highly capable leader to join our senior management team, specializing in the Urban Air Mobility marketplace. In this role, you will lead a cross-functional team of engineers, architects, certification specialists and other technical professionals to set the technical vision and technology roadmap, and develop and implement a UAM product roadmap and UAM products. You will also develop and implement processes, including agile development in an aerospace context, will lead to new opportunities for Honeywell to scale quickly and move with speed.
\nYou will:
-Be a part of the UAS/UAM leadership team
-Develop and drive the technology vision and roadmap for UAM/UAS, both within our business and collaboratively across all of the other businesses in Honeywell Aerospace.
-Lead the UAS/UAM engineering team that delivers core products and customer application programs
-Interact with senior-level leaders including Honeywell staff, partners and customers.
-Work effectively across geographic boundaries.
-Analyze the market for competitive intelligence to develop growth opportunities.
-Support comprehensive Honeywell UAM strategies and development from an integrated system perspective, including both Propulsion and Avionic System architectures.
-Working with UAM/UAS and other business units (GBEs) offering management, UAM/UAS sales and the rest of the leadership team, develop product roadmaps synchronized with UAM strategic growth plans
-Support marketing Voice of the Customer, competitive intelligence and build customer advocacy
-Act as an executive technical spokesperson within Honeywell and with OEM customers
-Act as a technical focal point with regulatory authorities

\nDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization
\nYou Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics
- 5+ years of leadership experience
