This role will play critical leadership in transforming Pepsico - Terdata and Sector data lakes into new enterprise standards. A senior-level position responsible for overseeing the entire data transformation process within an organization, including designing strategies, managing teams, and ensuring data is converted into a usable format for analysis and decision-making, by leading the implementation of data cleansing, integration. Responsibilities To provide leadership in developing and implementing D&A initiatives across various platforms. • To lead on the data aspects of teaching and learning, working alongside various stakeholders of the management team to ensure that the digital strategy is aligned with the wider strategy and development plans across Pepsico. • To be able to enthuse, inspire and encourage staff to be inventive and experimental in their use of data platforms. • To oversee, manage, implement, and review the main data platforms • To effectively allocating and managing resources to support strategic priorities in data and to provide leadership in the purchase and acquisition of new technology and equipment in consultation with appropriate stakeholders.
