The opportunity

Your new role

At QBE, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. As a Case Manager at QBE, you will assist injured workers with their injury management whilst maintaining relationships built on trust with all stakeholders involved.

Experienced delivering exceptional customer service.

Continue to learn and grow your knowledge through an ever-changing variety of situations and challenges

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by guiding and supporting them through their recovery

Work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

Managed end to end claims with the help of your leaders

About you

You genuinely care about the work you do, delivering an informed, customer- centric service with empathy and patience. To be successful in this role, you will also bring:

Insurance claims or allied health experienced - highly desirable

Be customer focused and genuinely care about people

Be resilient and not easily overwhelmed (sometimes it can be tough assisting people through a vulnerable time in their life)

The confidence to make decisions and be empowered

Be able to actively listen to people and guide people through the claims process in a natural and empathetic manner on the phone

Strong computer skills and the ability to pick up new computer systems
